ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY CHARGES

      ORDER PROCESSING

      Once we received your order, its status will be updated in your account (if you created an account with us). Log in HERE to check on its progress.

      If you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the next business day.

      ORDER DISPATCH

      The Outdoor Action Customer Support team will dispatch your order either same day or next working day. Delivery delays will be as a result of courier issues  which are outside of our control. You are able to monitor the progress of your order through "My Orders" in your account dashboard (if you created an account).

      Important: Please be aware if your order is being delivered outside of New Zealand you may be liable for duties, taxes or charges specific to the destination country. Charges imposed at the destination are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise. 

      We advise you research the regulations before confirming you order.

      MISSING ORDERS

      Outdoor Action will not be held liable for any orders that go missing once delivered by a courier. Please get in contact with the courier company which your tracking information is with.
